I am a nutritionist by profession, co-owner of a chain of wellness centres under the name of Health Zone in Lucknow with a total of 14 years of experience in the wellness industry.I was honoured to be chosen for 10000 women entrepreneur program by Goldman Sach in collaboration with ISB. Along with this, I have been associated with various schools and institutions with their Nutrition counselling sessions.I am a post graduate in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics.I have been delivering speeches on a healthy lifestyle in various preschools like Little Millennium, Red Hill etc.I took up a complete training session of 5 days on, Sports Nutrition, at Army cantonment.Also, have taken up sessions on nutrition for ADHD children and their parents.The latest in the list is a training session in association with Times Pro for Dial 100 personnel.Apart from the above, I have been associated with various Dainik Jagran programs on Women health and Nutrition.
