Industry: Aviation Overview: After completing her studies, Shams Zehra joined ‘DoubleTree’ by Hilton Hotels and Resorts, and was subsequently transferred to Agra for further training. Though, due to her suffering from backache, she was advised to take rest and, therefore, quit her job. After a year of physical discomfort, Shams Zehra joined an aviation institute by Travel Shiksha Academy, as a trainer in hospitality. Regrettably, the respective company was sued by its partner and, as a consequence, its employees were left unpaid for their hard work. This phase turned out to be the turning point in Shams’ life. She took a resolute decision of starting her own business: the ‘Wings Academy’. Shams Zehra deliberately chose the aviation industry because of three reasons: (a) The scope of the specific industry is quite vast, (b) It was her area of interest and, (c) It would have required low investment on educational grounds. Thus, through her paint of vies for her business, Shams Zehra today stands as a powerful and splendid woman entrepreneur and, hence, encourages everybody to fulfil their dreams in life!
